The BARRHEAD RAPTORS MINOR FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION has shown a lot of fight, courage, and selflessness during the challenge to build a new team sport from scratch in Barrhead. It doesn't reward you by increasing your retirement portfolio, but it is done because of the end result…providing youth in Barrhead a purpose and direction, it is open to all youth regardless of gender and ability, it is an all-inclusive program to all Barrhead and surrounding area’s youth, with a commitment to remain affordable… "Helping to build a stronger community through the fundamentals of team sport”…is our Vision, and something we strive to coach, live, and believe each day.

We have done a lot of fundraising, recruitment and Community awareness to get our name out there. There are a lot of people that are very excited to finally have a tackle football team in Barrhead and we see that by the huge amount of support we have from the businesses in the area”…
